more missguided changes
Another Finance change that takes away a useful feature. When looking at a selected stock from my portfolio, I use to be able to see my composite holdings across all of my portfolios. That feature has been replaced with a useless AI tab. Its nice that finance tries to add features but please leave features we like to use.

I spent 20 years as a programmer, it is simple, just put the prior functioning back in the production environment. Then exam the new code for error. Get the ship moving again, then figure how to make it go faster.265th ranked -

Advanced charting settings
Your advanced charting tool is very good as it provides many different indicators. The issue is there is no way to save the settings or layout we created. It appears that it only saves the settings in cookies, which are very unstable and easy to be cleared and then we will need to create all the settings all over again. Ideally it can be kept in our accounts so it will not be recalled easily, and we do not need to create them over and over again. Thanks.

Hi YF - I've been a loyal viewer for years, streaming all trading hours every day. Love all the reporters and analysis. But I am about to stop watching you guys because of the new ads yelling and screaming. You need ad revenue. I get it. But this one is becoming a deal breaker.

It has been four days and Yahoo Finance is still non-functional.
Back out the changes you installed.
I can't even update the number of shares.

Adding filters to earning calendars (Like Sector, Industry or ...)
I can remember your earning calendar had the filters before, but since you removed it, I can not filter to see only tech earnings, for example, I have to move to other websites to check that.

Add CAD backed gold!
Wealthsimple added a cool little feature last week to buy physically backed gold here in Canada. I really like using Yahoo finance to track my portfolio unfortunately for the last week I have not been able to use Yahoo finance due to there being no Canadian backed gold option to track. Please add a Canadian back to gold :) something like XAUCAD.

Hire some programmers and support staff that know what they're doing
I have contacted Yahoo Support for a number of issues with regard to items that don't work - Like trying to create a new portfolio from an imported CSV file. All I get from the support staff is requests for me to basically reconfigure (reset) my computer and browser back to original settings. Honestly guys, if they can't figure out how to read a CSV file I don't think there is much hope for anything else.

I used to be able to read comments for your stories and now I can't see them or even reply to them. I am logged in.

fix links to comments received from Yahoo in Yahoo mail
more than half the links received from Yahoo about likes or replies to comments posted do not work. Just received an email from a post 30 minutes ago and when I click on the link provided it says there are no comments on the article - be the first to comment. Verified article title to make sure I was taken to the correct article, which is also a frequent problem.

A few things I noticed
The value for the 50-DMA in the table seems to be a day behind. In the table it doesn't match what is shown in the chart, when the 50-DMA is shown in the chart. Also, it also doesn't match what's shown on other platforms (like MSN). The chart seems to be accurate and the table seems to be a day behind.
More minor: I think there's a typo in the table heading: "52-DMA Chg %" instead of "50-DMA Chg %" (50, not 52).
Other than that it's a very nice piece of work.

New version is disaster.
The new version is a DISASTER!! Constant popups, no charts appear in chart window, etc.
I will have to find another application to track my investments.!!

Yahoo, you think they you won and everyone will just give in to your crummy new Finance page. I for one have started using other sites. I just check in every once in a while to see if you have made the Finance page better (like the old one was), but no, you haven't. Really dumb.

y-axis option to set lower limit to zero on graphs
Add an additional click box in the stock graph / advanced chart / settings / Y-axis scale indicating to set the lower limit of the yaxis to zero so visually the variability of the stock price on not out of proportion.
