Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I don't like the new format. I don't like the way it looks. I find it hard to look at.
    If I'm in an email and I delete it, I want to go back to my Inbox. I don't want to go to the next email.
    Why do all the developers feel the need to change the format of everything. Add new features, etc, but stop changing the way it looks.
    Why are you decreasing the amount of storage?

    DON'T FIX what was NOT BROKEN !!!!! Never had any issues until you decided to change everything. JUST BRING IT BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS>

    I did not liked 2026 view because navigation is difficult for my various email IDs added in this simple Yahoo. Like i just need to click on the email short account name and my inbox is getting opened, but now I am need to put extra clicks to search my other account email ids and then navigate. I want to switch back to 2025. how do i do that? Why don't you give user the control change interface option, but not switch back to classic. Plscall me and guide me like how to switch back to 2025 interface.

    Keep my emails as they were and make it easier to access my photo's. I at the moment have no way of viewing my photo's. How can i rectify this?

    I use folders but NEW Yahoo doesn't list the unread emails in my folders so I am missing many important emails

    Some of us don't like or need the email preview or the task bar. plus the new format for emailing with the small box is very hard to use on the phone. Why are you messing with something that works?

    How can I roll back to the old version? It was vastly easier to use and read, more logical and less convoluted, and worked perfectly well. Even wearing glasses, this new version is a nightmare to read on a macbook.

    Stop asking me for a **** pin or my finger print! I am on a **** computer, not my phone. I am already ****** that my regular email was moved to yahoo. I hate all the **** ads on the side, I hate that you continually change things about it. Its a **** email service, plain and simple would do best for me.

    Revert back to previous layout, this layout looks cartoonish and geared towards elementary school kids

    This new layout for email is horrible.
    can we go back to the old view?
    If that's not possible can we remove that horrible empty white box on the right so we can have a simple email list that you can actually read the subject line?

    This is terrible, nothing works correctly I've had this crash multiple times, you broke this worse than ever. Please stop destroying this service slowly, just pull the plug if you want to get out.

    All of a sudden I was forced to switch my Yahoo email which I have had since Yahoo was created to the new version. I despise it. I can’t figure out how the **** to use it. I used to be able to just run my finger down the entire list of emails that I wanted to delete. Now I have to sut here and click on each one. I keep getting some ad from Rocket Mortgage that I can’t block. The set up is confusing and frustrating. I want the previous version back or I’m going to delete the account. Whoever came up with and then approved this version should be fired.

    I wish to return to the old Email format, please. It's easier for me to read at age 79--almost 80 yrs.!! We used to have the option of either the new or old format. Now as of Easter Weekend seems we have not option any more?!!

    I find the background far too bright to watch! Have had both cataracts removed, no problems with my sight, but this brightness is too much.
    The Omoji's useage are not the the same either? Used to expose most used ones to reuse. That's no longer an option?!!

    I HAVE LOOKED OVER THE NEW AGAIN AND IT CAN BE OKAY I GUESS.
    ONE ADVANTAGE IS A WAY TO "BLOCK" SOME SENDERS OF TRASHY SLIMY EMAILS.
    I HAVE TO THANK YOU FOR THAT.

    HOWEVER I DON'T LIKE THE IDEA OF YAHOO AUTOMATICALLY DELETING PERSONAL EMAILS WITHOUT
    ASKING WE THE YAHOO EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION HOLDER.FIRST?
    OR IS THERE AN OPTION TO NOT HAVE EMAILS AUTOMATICALLY DELETED?

    THIS VERSION IS UNACCEPTABLE...

    DO NOT DARE TELL ME I CANNOT GO BACK TO PREVIOUS because there is NO GO BACK link.

    You people really ought to stop trying to fix what is NOT BROKEN!!! THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS COUNTERINTUITIVE in this release... I hit "Try new version" by accident and now I am furious!
