Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

give the option to switch back to a basic FUNCTIONAL version of mail that doesn't cause all this eyestrain and take forever to load anything - this update is HORRENDOUS

The new view is awful - it is virtually impossible to differentiate between read and unread mail now as the bold font looks exactly the same as the normal font.
The font shape doesn't help either.
The whole layout screams early 2000s HTML design when kids found out they could use frames and round the corners. It really isn't very aesthetic - I doubt anything will change though as companies constantly bring in changes for little to no reason, and rarely consult their user base.

There was nothing wrong with your classic email that had been around for years. It did everything an email service needed to do. Did you hire some new person who had to prove how smart they were by changing something that wasn't broke? And what the **** is "Primary". Now every time I check my email I have to switch from "Primary" to "All". What a piece of ****. The best thing you can do to improve the New Yahoo Mail is to allow users to go back to the old email which worked just fine.

Why can't you leave my email alone? You cut off almost a third of my email, and I have to fiddle around with it to read the entire email. Several recent emails were sent to me so I can pay a bill. I need to be able to read the entire mail.

This new layout feels crunched. I and many others liked the last layout where you can change colors and/or backgrounds. It allowed those of us that suffer with migraines and vision issues to adjust appropriately for the color or background needed. Now the white is too bright, and black is too dark. Also all the options that pop up when you hover on the right side of the message is too easy to accidentally hit the wrong option. Biggest complaint is the color option though. Seriously. Think about others and their visual needs please.

I have ZERO issues with finding things in yahoo mail .
I'm good the way things are .
I REALLY DISLIKE the ' try it out ' version and quickly returned to original yahoo mail .
PLEASE do not change yahoo mail ! -

Dear Yahoo Customer Service,
I was prompted by Yahoo to try the "new version" for my email management. I clicked on it and boom I was taken to a new version. After giving it a fair try for a few days, I find it to be very difficult to manage. Specifically, the colored icons to the left of every email in the list is very distracting; having the delete to the far right is less than ideal as it takes longer to determine one is deleting the correct email; also the group-by-date format is gone and it's all one big scroll. There are more problems but these are my top 3 complaints. Of course I want to revert back to the version I was previously using but it is not available!!! This is terrible! My only choice is "old version" and this new one. First, the new version is less than optimal and in my opinion is in no way an improvement and second, the option to go back to the previous version is not available! Please 1) improve the new version to allow a user better customization so that I could make it appear in a way that is more functional for me and 2) provide the user the ability to go back to the previous version -- if that is just not possible because you can't support it, then give the user a strong notice that tells the user "if you try this new version, you can't ever go back to the one you are currently using." Honestly, from a customer perspective it felt like a trap. I did speak to customer support about this, I asked the person to provide this feedback and the person told me that she is not allowed to take any feedback. So, another recommendation is to allow the customer support people the opportunity to provide feedback. I am very frustrated with Yahoo. -

Your interface is now ****. It is next to impossible to tell an unread message from those that have been opened. It used to be a simple matter of message highlight. Now it is just a tiny blue dot beside a message. Whomever thought that was a good ides is wrong. Put it back the other way.
