  8. search emails alphabetically

    Why can't I search alphabetically my emails? that way I can scroll and read emails only by Home depot, or amazon, etc....or delete all emails by that sender.
    AT@T lets you do that, its so convenient to delete unnecessary emails all at once.

  9. You lost one of my Cox accounts in the transition.

    I was forced to move from Cox to Yahoo. In the transition you lost one of my accounts: nkbbmb98@cox.net. We should be given a FREE month of support.

    Also, I cannot set up my accounts on my MacBook using Apple Mail. I've followed the setup instructions exactly.

  10. Show more addresses when switching between accounts - clunky UI for multiple accounts

    I have multiple PAID yahoo mail accounts, but with the current method of switching accounts on the web browser UI requires many more clicks than before. Please make it more streamlined

  11. If you are going to split all of my e-mails up into separate tabs, Please highlight the tabs that have new mail in them.

    There are now five tabs in which an e-mail can be catagorized, but you get no indication which tab has a new e-mail in it. Please highlight tabs that get new e-mails instead of making me click through each one to find new e-mails.

  12. Advanced searches for phrases

    It used to be possible to do an advanced search for phrases by putting quotes (inverted commas in British English) around the phrase. Now it searches for each individual word in that quoted phrase separately, making the search results useless. This applies to both paid an free accounts. Please restore this functionality so I can actually find things I'm looking for.

  13. It would be helpful if I could select all mail from a sender and hit delete, but any starred ones would not delete.

    It would be helpful if I could select all mail from a sender and hit delete, but any starred ones would not delete. So that all mail from Staples ( example )would be deleted, except for my receipts or orders that I starred as they came in. That would save Yahoo space as well.

    IE important mail would need to be unstarred to delete it.

  15. Impact of latest email authentication standards required of sender emails are causing yahoo email cutomers to not receive valid emails

    Dear Yahoo Mail developers,

    Unfortunately Yahoo Mail's latest email authentication standards implemented in 2024, that now require sender email servers to autheniticate email being sent to a yahoo email account (per new standards yahoo established and is implementing now) are causing multiple yahoo email cutomers (like myself) to not receive valid emails needed.

    As a yahoo email customer, this is quite concerning. It is causing a serious break down in communication loop with individuals I have been in contact with (exchanged email with previously - suddenly broken and preventing others from being able to respond or send emails and informaiton…

  16. Attachment is Hiding or Missing After Mail Opened by another Technology Device

    Fix the missing/hiding "attachment(s)" after mail has been received and opened by a different technology device. I had to return to the device for which I opened the actual mail on to retrieve the attachment(s). Not acceptable.

  17. Switching between Yahoo! accounts is too difficult now after this recent update.

    I have two main Yahoo accounts. And I have an extra two accounts that I don't use often, but I don't want to remove them because it is a pain to add them again.

    Before this recent update, I could just click my account icon and the other account would be the second one from the top and it was just one single click to switch accounts. Super fast and easy.

    Now, if I want to switch accounts, after I click my account icon, I have to click "add or switch accounts", and then it will show the two accounts…

  18. What's up with the big box covering the emails???

    Lately there's a big square box with some contact in it in the upper right corner that takes up A LOT OF SPACE, has NO APPARENT USE, there NO APPARENT WAY to close it, and sometimes IT COVER THE EMAIL!!!
