I have the Yahoo app on my Iphone and I regularly use the Yahoo Mail website on my desktop. I have noticed a discrepancy between my Yahoo email feed on my Yahoo mail app on my Iphone and my email feed on the Yahoo website on my desktop. It is my understanding that the two email feeds should be identical given that they both pull their data from the same source. This discrepancy first appeared about three months ago. Leave Yahoo
I have used Yahoo for years, and used it on my Macbook with Mojave OSX. Today I can't no longer login from my mac, I've tried different oprions but no way.
I have no other option but to leave Yahoo and join the gmail community that is much more flexible and smart than the Yahoo tech boys.Good by

It needs to be easier to filter out emails with pornographic vulgar language.
I thought there was a way to set up filters to automatically delete pornographic emails. But I can't seem to find the filter settings. And it seems I have already set up some filters in the past but they don't seem to be working. Right now they are going to my spam folder but I don't even want them there. i don't want to see them at all. Surely you can intercept emails with F*** or ***** or **** in the subject and scrub them and block the sender automatically.

By changing it back to how it was!!!
How can I roll back to the old version? It was vastly easier to use and read, more logical and less convoluted, and worked perfectly well. Even wearing glasses, this new version is a nightmare to read on a macbook.

Tell us what "NEW" means?
That box at the top says "Updated Yahoo Mail. Less of the stuff you don’t want. More control over the stuff you do." This page says "In coming weeks...". The box and link have been there for a VERY long time. I tried it way back when, didn't like it and came back to the old one. SO the question is: is this the same "Updated Mail" that was being touted before, or something else? Stop asking me for a **** pin or my finger print! I am on a **** computer, not my phone. I am already ****** that my regular email was moved to yahoo. I hate all the **** ads on the side, I hate that you continually change things about it. Its a **** email service, plain and simple would do best for me.

I recently upgraded to Yahoo Premium to increase my email storage space. I needed to edit and send a form to my doctor today. His receptionist received the form with my signature only. Any fields on the form that I entered information in a blank space were erased. I kept opening the PDF form on my computer and could see all content. I would upload the form to the email message, click on the icon to see the preview, and none of the content that I entered in the blank fields of the form showed in the uploaded one to…

Show number of unread messages in folders on Samsung Tab A7 Lite
I really miss seeing the number of unread messages in my folders on my Samsung Tab A7 Lite running Android 14. I used this feature to automatically direct messages to their folders w/o cluttering up the inbox. I notice that the number of unread messages does still appear on the "move" feature. (The Windows PC from
which I am sending this message shows the number of "unreads" OK as it did in the previous Yahoo Mail.)

Verify advertising links!
I clicked an AD link at the top of my inbox and it immediately opened one of those scams where your screen is locked, there is a siren noise and a voice telling you your PC is compromised and to call the flashing number on the screen. I recognized the scam and took the necessary steps to clear and protect my PC, but I was disappointed that the scam came from a link in Yahoo.

I switched to the new YAHOO and everyday I get 20-4+ spam emails ads and scams all BS! So based on this I think Yahoo just figured out a way to SPAM users for ad hits. Back to old Yahoo! What a freaking joke!!

Option to remove or minimize far right column
Please allow us to remove, close or minimize the far right column.
On my 14inch monitors or my tiny laptop, it is taking up too much real estate and is really not important enough to have open at all times.
Please give us the option to not have it there so I can read and write emails without it getting in the way.

have a folder that will be excluded from the search mail results
it is a pain to have all mails listed , during the search operations. Any selection of the mails in the search results is a real nighmare !! The only option seems to be click each mail to have it selected ... or you can select all mails at once ... but no way to quickly select a sizeable number of mails ... ! So for a baby step solution .. have at least one folder ...u can have one default folder created by you , like Archive .. but which will not be searched for mails, during the search…
